We accept credit card payments through Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Upon application, we will provide further payment instructions, including invoice details for international bank transfers.
Refund and cancellation:
We recommend that you make your payment promptly to secure your spot. If you decide to withdraw from the summer school, we will refund 100% of the fee until January 1, 2026. After January 1, refunds and substitutions are not acceptable!

All prices include VAT, and the currency for payment is EURO. After you submit your application, our team will review it and send you an Acceptance letter. The final step involves the payment of the Registration fee.
All payments will be effected in Montenegro currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
NGO Montenegrin Educational Circle commits to providing protection for the personal data of customers, by collecting only the necessary, essential information about customers/users that is required to fulfill our obligations; informing customers about how collected data will be used, regularly offering customers the option to choose the use of their data, including the option to decide whether or not their name should be removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer data is strictly kept and accessible only to employees who require this information for their job. All employees of NGO Montenegrin Educational Circle and business partners are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy protection.
Payment Security
The company does not store, process, or transmit card data. Through its websites, the company enables the redirection of users/clients to the Internet Payment Gateway website where the service payment process takes place.
All payment platform elements are directly provided to the client by the Internet Payment Gateway. The company does not have card data within its IT system, nor does it in any way store, process, or transmit card numbers.
Statement on the Use of the WSPay System
We are using the WSPay for online payments. WSPay is a secure system for online real-time credit card payments. WSPay ensures secure entry and transmission of entered card data for both the customer and the merchant, as confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate held by WSPay. WSPay utilizes a 256-bit SSL certificate and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of data entry and transmission protection.
Protection of Personal Data
All personal data and credit card numbers are protected by the highest security standards provided by the WSPay system for online credit card authorization, in accordance with the requirements of cardholders and card brands, as well as PCI DSS standards. Authorization and payment of credit cards are conducted using the WSPay system for real-time card authorization and payment.
